২০১৩ সালের ১৯ নভেম্বর থেকে ২ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত মক্কা নগরীর হারাম শরিফে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় আন্তর্জাতিক হিফজুল কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতা। এ প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রথম হয়েছে ময়মনসিংহের ছেলে নাজমুস প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিয়েছিল ৭০টি দেশের প্রতিযোগী। প্রতিযোগিতায় চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয়েছে নাজমুস সাকিব কাবা শরীফের ইমাম আবদুর রহমান আস সুদাইসের হাত থেকে গ্রহণ করেন পুরস্কারস্বরূপ ৮০,০০০ সৌদি রিয়াল, বিশেষ সম্মাননা পদক ও সার্টিফিকেট।এর আগে সাকিব ২০১২ সালে ভারতের বেঙ্গালুরুতে অনুষ্ঠিত হিফজুল কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় এশিয়ার ২৭টি দেশের মধ্যে প্রথম স্থান অধিকার করে।

২০১৭ সালে কুয়েতের আন্তর্জাতিক কুরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় দ্বিতীয় স্থান অর্জন করেন সাইফুর রহমান ত্বকী । ২০১৮ বাহরাইনে অনুষ্ঠিত আন্তর্জাতিক কুরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় তৃতীয় স্থান অধিকার করেন।২০১৯ সালে (২১ জুন) জর্দানে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য বিশ্ব কুরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রথম স্থান অধিকার করেন সাইফুর রহমান ত্বকী।

২০১৭ সালে সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাতের দুবাইয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত আন্তর্জাতিক কুরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় ১০৩ দেশের প্রতিনিধির মধ্যে প্রথম স্থান অর্জন করেন। ২০১৪ সালে বাংলাদেশে বেসরকারি টেলিভিশন মাছরাঙা’র আয়োজন ‘আল কুরআনের আলো' প্রতিযোগিতায় দ্বিতীয় স্থান অর্জন করেন।২০১৫ সালে বাংলাভিশনের ‘পবিত্র কুরআনের আলো' প্রতিযোগিতায় ষষ্ঠ স্থান অর্জন করেন। ২০১৭ সালে এনটিভিতে ‘পিএইচপি কুরআনের আলো' প্রতিযোগিতায় পঞ্চম স্থান। অর্জন করেন।

আসন্ন হিজরি নববর্ষ উপলক্ষে ঐতিহ্যের দেশ মিশর আন্তর্জাতিক হিফজুল কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করেছে। এতে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য বাংলাদেশ থেকে একমাত্র প্রতিনিধি নির্বাচিত হয়েছে, রাজধানীর মারকাযু ফয়জিল কোরআন আল-ইসলামী, মিরপুর-১ এর শিক্ষার্থী হাফেজ ফজলে রাব্বি। রাব্বি এ প্রতিষ্ঠানে হিফয সম্পন্ন করে ইবতেদায়ি স্তরে শিক্ষাধীন রয়েছে।এর আগে ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ কর্তৃক আয়োজিত জাতীয় মসজিদ বায়তুল মোকাররমে অনুষ্ঠিত গত জুলাইয়ের ৩০ তারিখে বাছাইপর্ব অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এতে দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় হিফজ প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর প্রতিযোগিদের পেছনে ফেলে প্রথম স্থান অধিকার করে হাফেজ ফজলে রাব্বি।
মুহাম্মাদ জাকারিয়া
কুয়েত অ্যাওয়ার্ড' নামে আন্তর্জাতিক কেরাত ও হিফজ প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিয়ে দেশের সুনাম বয়ে আনে কিশোর হাফেজ মুহাম্মদ জাকারিয়া। ২০১৬ সালের ১৩ এপ্রিল কুয়েতের আওকাফ মন্ত্রণালয়ের উদ্যোগে ৫৫টি দেশের অংশগ্রহণে আন্তর্জাতিক কেরাত ও হিফজ প্রতিযোগিতায় চতুর্থ স্থান অর্জন করে। প্রতিযোগিতাটি উদ্বোধন করেন কুয়েতের আমির শেখ সাবাহ আল আহমাদ আল জাবের আল সাবাহ। হাফেজ জাকারিয়া ৩০ পারা কোরআন হিফজ গ্রুপে চতুর্থ স্থান অর্জন করে ৭ হাজার কুয়েতি দিনার ও সম্মাননাপত্র লাভ করে।কুয়েতে অনুষ্ঠিত কোনো প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রথম বাংলাদেশি হিসেবে এটাই সর্বোচ্চ সফলতা।এর আগে ২০১৫ সালের এপ্রিলে মিশরের কায়রোয় আন্তর্জাতিক হিফজুল কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয়ে ৫০ হাজার পাউন্ড জিতে নেয় হাফেজ মুহাম্মদ জাকারিয়া। একই বছর সংযুক্ত আরব আমিরাতের বাণিজ্যিক শহর দুবাইয়ে আন্তর্জাতিক কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় ৮০টি দেশের প্রতিযোগীকে হারিয়ে তৃতীয় ও সুর ক্যাটাগরিতে প্রথম স্থান লাভ করে। এছাড়াও কাতার, জর্ডান ও মিশরের কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিয়ে কৃতিত্বের স্বাক্ষর রাখে জাকারিয়া।
সালেহ আহমদ তাকরীম
ইরানের রাজধানী তেহরানে অনুষ্ঠিত আন্তর্জাতিক হিফজুল কোরআন প্রতিযোগিতার ৩৮তম আসরে প্রথম স্থান অর্জন করেছেন বাংলাদেশের প্রতিযোগী টাঙ্গাইলের নাগরপুর উপজেলা অন্তর্গত ভাদ্রা ইউনিয়নের বাসিন্দা হাফেজ সালেহ আহমাদ তাকরিম (১৩)। ইরানের রাজধানী তেহরানের আন্দিশাহ (আল-ফিকির) হলে প্রতিযোগিতাটি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।সপ্তাহব্যাপী এ আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিযোগিতা অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ৫ মার্চ পর্যন্ত। এতে প্রথম ধাপে বিভিন্ন গ্রুপের ১৯০ জন প্রতিযোগীর মধ্য থেকে চূড়ান্ত পর্বের জন্য মনোনীত করা হয়। চূড়ান্ত পর্বে পাঁচ দেশের সেরা প্রতিযোগীর মাঝে বাংলাদেশের সালেহ আহমাদ তাকরিম সর্বোচ্চ নম্বর পেয়ে প্রথম স্থান অর্জন করেন।
আব্দুল্লাহ আল মামুন
২০১৩ সালে সৌদি আরবে মালেক আব্দুল আজিজ আল-সৌদি আন্তর্জাতিক হিফজুল কুরআন প্রতিযোগিতায় ৭৩ দেশের মধ্যে প্রথম স্থান অধিকার করেন আব্দুল্লাহ আল-মামুন।২০১৬ সালে দুবাই আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিযোগিতায় ৮৪ দেশের প্রতিযোগিদের মধ্যে হেফজ গ্রুপে ৪র্থ এবং হুসনে সাউত গ্রুপে দ্বিতীয় স্থান অর্জন করেন।

International Hefjul Qur'an Competition was held from 19 November to 2 December 2013 in Haram Sharif, Makkah. Mymensingh's son Najmus became the first in this competition. Competitors from 70 countries took part in the competition. Nazmus Saqib became the champion of the competition and received 80,000 Saudi Riyals, special honor medal and certificate from the hands of Imam Abdur Rahman As Sudais of Kaba Sharif.Earlier, Shakib won the first position among 27 Asian countries in the Hefjul Quran Competition held in Bangalore, India in 2012.

In 2017, Kishore Ai Hafez participated in the Qatar-based television channel Zim TV's Kerat and Heefaz reality show and won the second place, beating the contestants from 28 countries.Hafez Yakub is a fifth grade student of Tanzeemul Ummah Hafez Madrasa, Dhaka. This 10-year-old Hafez's village home is in Faridganj of Chandpur district. His father's name is Md. Hussain. Hafez Yaqoob had earlier participated in the International Quran Competition held in Saudi Arabia and won the fifth place. His competitors in the service were representatives of 96 countries.

In the same year, in the commercial city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, he won the third and first place in the melody category, defeating competitors from 80 countries. Zakaria also participated in the Qur'an competition in Qatar, Jordan and Egypt.
Saleh Ahmad Takreem
Hafez Saleh Ahmad Takrim (13), a resident of Vadra Union under Nagarpur Upazila of Tangail, Bangladesh, is the competitor. The competition was held at Andishah (Al-Fikir) Hall in Tehran, the capital of Iran.The week-long international competition was held till March 5. In the first phase, 190 contestants from different groups are nominated for the final round. Among the best contestants from five countries in the final stage, Saleh Ahmad Takrim of Bangladesh secured the first place by getting the highest marks.

In 2013, Abdullah Al-Mamun won first place among 73 countries in the Malek Abdul Aziz Al-Saudi International Hifzul Quran Competition in Saudi Arabia.In the 2016 Dubai International Competition, among 84 national competitors, Hefz won 4th place in the group and Husnay won the second place in the South group.
